If projects are in areas with Bull Trout (Salvelinus confluentus) you must consult with the US Army Corps of Engineers before any activity begins. You may also be required to have a Biological Assessment done by the US Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) for your project if it is in a critical habitat area.
